Equipment Leasing
Commercial Lending
Frank Drury entered the field of Equipment Leasing in 1985 after beginning his career with Merrill Lynch and Dean Witter, where he first became familiar with Equipment Leasing as a popular tax shelter for affluent investors. In 1985 he formed DACOM Equipment Leasing and began providing equipment leasing services to capital equipment dealers who were finding it difficult to obtain financing for their customers.. After the credit crunch in 1991, when most equipment finance companies were unable to provide financing, he entered the field of residential and commercial lending. He still maintains CoastalHomeLoans.com which provides home loan financing in California, but is concentrating on Equipment Leasing again because the need for capital equipment financing is so critical to the recovery of the U.S. economy.
Frank lives in Highlands Ranch Colorado with his wife and two daughters.
